AgnieszkaCALDERCALDER Agnieszka, Lee's mum, Johnston, Stuart and all the Calder family would like to thank the hundreds of people who attended the church and cemetery to say goodbye to Lee. The Rev. Dr. Jaco Boonzaaier for his comforting service, the church officers and all the kind people who donated £775.46 to the Marie Curie and Macmillan Nurses. Deepest gratitude to Dr. Russell for all the care given to Lee and Dr. Turner for looking after Lee's mum. Special thanks to William Mair for the beautiful photo album which will be treasured. Stewart McLean for providing a bus from church to cemetery, Alan Quinn and Currie's Print Centre for the beautiful memorial hymn cards, Isobel, Lee's cousin and Nigel for the excellent buffet, Kirkhill True Blues, Broxburn Bowling Club, Half Way House and our own Maureen for everything she done.
